暨南大学经济与社会研究院院长,教授,康奈尔大学经济学博士。研究领域:劳动经济学。曾在American Economic Review、Review of Economics and Statistics等国际顶级期刊上发表数十篇高质量文章。担任Journal of Population Economics联合主编。曾获首届“中国青年经济学家奖”,第三批国家“万人计划”哲学社会科学领军人才,中宣部文化名家暨“四个一批”人才,国家百千万人才工程,国家杰出青年科学基金,教育部长江学者特聘教授,教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划等荣誉。著有《城市的未来——流动儿童教育的上海模式》《南粤炊烟——2018年广东千村调查实录》。获国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目,主持国家统计局、民政部等政府部门重大横向课题。担任民政部专家咨询委员会委员、国家外国专家局重点引智项目评审专家、劳动经济学会就业促进专业委员会副会长、广东省民政厅专家咨询委员会成员、广东省首届乡村振兴咨询委员会委员、广州市人民政府第四届决策咨询专家。曾在财新网、财经网、澎湃新闻网、《南方周末》等权威媒体发表数十篇评论文章。
